GROWING IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD & OTHERS
Are you looking for something to help you grow in your relationship with God and others over the spring and summer months? If so, consider joining a Neighborhood Triad. A Triad is an intentional relationship with you, Jesus, and two other people as part of the Discipleship Pathway to have holistically healthy (head, heart, hands) disciples of Jesus who multiply disciples and churches at Neighborhood Church. This relationship is not meant to fix your problems, give advice, or diagnose. It is a safe place to come as you are, sit with God and others, and invite them into more of your life through daily practices and occasional meetings.
Discipleship Pathway – To have holistically healthy (head, heart, hands) disciples of Jesus who multiply disciples and churches. This will be done through Sunday Gatherings, Neighborhood Groups, and Neighborhood Triads.

- Daily read the shared Scripture reading (see in daily format below) – repeat the same reading every day for a week in addition to the reflective questions. (Feel free to read the passage in different translations, through song, listening on the Bible app, etc.)
- Ask yourself the daily reflective question each day (see in daily format below).
- When you meet every two weeks, discuss:
- Since we last met which question(s) are resonating with you and why?
- What do we need to do to continue to grow together with Jesus?
- Pray together.
DAILY FORMAT
Begin with a prayer of surrender and invitation:
- "God, I give you my whole self. I surrender to you, all of who I am. Fill me with your Holy Spirit and speak to me, however, you choose. 'Listen, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord alone. - Wednesday - Heart: What is happening in my emotions and desires? In what ways, in my emotions (what I feel) and desires (what I want), do I need to allow the Lord in more? (Reflect on Galatians 5:13-26)
- Thursday - Hands: In what way is my life sharing and showing Jesus? (Reflect on Romans 1:16, Matthew 5:13-16)
- Friday – When will I take time to set aside my normal work, to delight in God through rest, or other soul-restoring activities? Take a moment to pray for your triad.
- Saturday – Read and Reflect on Matthew 28:18-20 – what is God saying to me about being a disciple (an apprentice) of Jesus?
