- Worship - Life Surrendered: We will worship God as a way of life. (Colossians 3:17)
- Prayer - Eyes Up: We will pray in relationship with God and to see our world transformed. (Matthew 6:9-13)
- Humility - Knees Bowed: We will position our lives under the guidance of the Bible. (2 Timothy 3:16)
2. LOVE PEOPLE
- Diversity - Arms Wide: We will celebrate and demonstrate diversity and what is good in all cultures. (1 Corinthians 9:19-23)
- Community - Lean In: We will be a community that is authentic, transparent, and creates space for real relationships. (Acts 2:42)
3. LIVE IN LOVE
- Generosity - Hands Extended: We will give of ourselves (time, talent & treasure) in the same way we have received generously from God. (2 Corinthians 9:6-8)
- Creativity - Image Bearing: We will make space for creativity as image bearers of God. (Genesis 1:1)
OUR VISION
OUR GOAL IS TO BE A CHURCH THAT IS...
Transforming Lives - To go from 5% of our attendance to 15% of our attendance, saying their first yes to Jesus and being baptized annually
We will be a church that shares Jesus with our words and shows Jesus with our actions to our neighbors.
Multiplying Neighborhood Groups
Maintain a minimum of 50% of adults participating in groups.
Empowering & Apprenticing Diverse Leaders
We will create environment and structures where multi-ethnic and multi-cultural leaders are being transformed, empowered and launched. (2 Timothy 2:2)
Empowering & Apprenticing the Generations
We will connect across the generations with a focus on transforming, empowering & launching of the younger generation. (Deuteronomy 6:1-9)
Sending Teams to 4 Continents every 2 Years as We Expand our Partnerships
We will pray, give, go, and send to the nations. (Acts 1:8, Matthew 28:18-20)
Multiplying Churches
We will multiply healthy communities of Christ followers. (Acts 2:42-47)
Maximizing the Property for Present & Future Ministry
Remodel the kitchen, restrooms, first floor & sanctuary.
Developing Leaders
We will develop & implement a leadership development system.
Aware of What it Means to be Human as Technology Advances
We will partner with humans as much as possible & be mindful of how advancing technologies (i.e. AI) affects humans.
