NOTE FROM MARK Shout with joy to the Lord, all the earth! Worship the Lord with gladness. Come before him, singing with joy. Acknowledge that the Lord is God! He made us, and we are his. We are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise.Give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation. - Psalm 100 In times of uncertainty and difficulty, it is hard to continue to worship and praise God…but when we make a choice to praise God, even in the midst of pain and heartache, something supernatural happens. I believe, when we align our hearts with God and begin to see things from his perspective, we will experience his faithfulness and love, not only for us but for all generations. Joni Eareckson Tada, a quadriplegic who was paralyzed as a teenager said, “He has chosen not to heal me, but to hold me. The more intense the pain, the closer His embrace.” Even in suffering we can find the embrace of our Almighty Father and when we turn to him in worship we will be transformed. UPCOMING DATESApril 20:

GREEN HOUSE CHURCH PLANT Devin Calhoun, [email protected] Neighborhood Church Vision: Launch Multiple Gatherings in Multiple Locations (Acts 2:42-47) March has been another amazing Month for us here at Neighborhood Church. We have started preparations for our 8th year of the Derwood Farmer’s Market starting May 3rd. I can’t wait to see you all there volunteering and enjoying being a part of our community. We continued in our journey towards launching Neighborhood Church Rockville this September including a time of prayer that we spent in the location. Also this past month, I was able to travel down to Orlando to attend the Exponential Conference which is the largest Church Planting Conference in the world. I felt three key things with my time there: Refreshment, Affirmation, and Equipment. I was affirmed that our trajectory, vision, and mission in Church Planting is right on course with where we need to be to properly handle future trends in the space. I also feel as if I have gotten specific equipment for our future as we continue towards this journey of Church Planting.
